Ingredients:
- 1/3 Cup Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 2 cups Milk, (Approx) add more if needed
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
- Cut pre-wasted broccoli
- 1.5 Cups cut up Rotisserie chicken (or more if you want)
- 16 oz dry shell Pasta
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt a combination of butter and olive oil.
2. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the melted fats.

3. Sprinkle in the flour evenly, and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly to create a roux.

4. Gradually whisk in milk until all clumps are gone, and the mixture is smooth and incorporated.



5. Stir in shredded cheese and stir until it is melted.

6. Make pasta in instant pot by adding 16 oz dry small shell noodles with 4 cups water, then place rinsed and cut broccoli on top of the water. Pressure cook on high for 2 minutes, then allow to sit for 8 minutes before manual releasing steam.


7. Cut up rotisserie chicken meat into bite size pieces and add to cheese sauce.
8. Once noodles/broccoli are complete, pour in cheese sauce you made with the chicken.

9. Serve with grated parmesan cheese and salt and pepper.
