This Instant Pot Broccoli and Chicken Pasta is a quick and creamy one-pot meal made with tender chicken, perfectly cooked pasta, and fresh broccoli. It's a family-friendly dinner that's both comforting and easy to make!

Instructions
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt a combination of butter and extra virgin olive oil.
Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the melted fats.
Sprinkle in the flour evenly, and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly to create a roux.
Gradually whisk in milk until all clumps are gone, and the mixture is smooth and incorporated.
Cook a few minutes and then whisk in milk until all clumps are gone and everything is incorporated.
Stir in shredded cheese and stir until it is melted.
Make pasta in instant pot by adding 16 oz dry small shell noodles with 4 cups water, then place rinsed and cut broccoli on top of the water. Pressure cook on high for 2 minutes, then allow to sit for 8 minutes before manual releasing steam.
Cut up rotisserie chicken meat into bite size pieces and add to cheese sauce.
Once noodles/broccoli are complete, pour in cheese sauce you made with the chicken.
Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
