Want to make your shower or tub, glass, and tiles all shine without any harsh chemicals? All you need is dish soap, a magic eraser, and a microfibre cloth! This method of cleaning might seem like it won’t do the job but its really the most effective way I’ve ever cleaned my shower and bathtub.

Before learning about this method, it used to take me so long to rub the tub, and I had to use hard chemicals. I used to have to spray cleaners and bleach on the tub and tiles and let it sit fora bit before scrubbing like my life depended on it. The smell from the fumes used to be so strong in the bathroom that I could feel it in my lungs.
Well, there’s no more of that! Now, the only thing I smell is dish soap, and depending on the scent you choose, it's so fresh and lovely. The combination of soap and magic eraser is magic! They work so well that the soap scum and grime that builds up comes right off with just a little bit of elbow grease.
Now, using this method, I can clean the whole bathtub and shower in under 15 minutes. And it actually sparkles afterward!
How to Clean Your Shower or Tub
1
Wet Surfaces With Water
Splash water on your tub, glass, and tiles. Use the shower head or a bucket—your call.
2
Wet The Magic Eraser
Get the magic eraser wet. Don't squeeze it out, leave it soaking wet because it will work up a lather more easily.
3
Apply Dish Soap and Scrub
Put dish soap on the wet sponge. Any brand works—make it soapy to battle the grime and scrub, scrub, scrub! A little elbow grease goes a long way!
4
Wipe Metal Surfaces With Cloth
Apply dish soap to the microfibre cloth and wipe down metal surfaces like the faucet and temperature gauge.
5
Rinse
Scrub your tub, glass, and metal surfaces with the soapy sponge and cloth. Rinse it all off, and you're done!
